Drake and his wife, opens on 42nd Street near Lambert's Point to provide medical care for the African American community. The facility is later renamed Drake Memorial Hospital, and in 1939, moves to a new site on Corprew Avenue and renamed Norfolk Community Hospital. The hospital closes in 1998</text>
